LAB Midwest is a 2024 Learning Partner

We are pleased to announce that LAB Midwest will be a case study learning partner supporting our 2024 learning theme “Looking Ahead to Empower the Future Today.”

Based in Mequon, Wisconsin, LAB Midwest is the Midwest's largest value-added distributor of curriculum, eLearning and hands-on training equipment for advanced manufacturing, engineering, and skilled trades.

Industry 4.0 and 5.0 are ushering in a new era of manufacturing, incorporating groundbreaking technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning into production lines and operational strategies.

As a 2024 AFIT learning partner, Matt Kirchner, president of LAB Midwest and host of The TechEd Podcast, will guide us in exploring this shift, its implications for the future of our workforce, and strategies to equip the next generation with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in this rapidly changing landscape.

Join us at AFIT’s 2024 CEO Forum & Reps Meeting on February 28 – March 1, 2024 at Rio Salado College in Tempe, Arizona to meet Matt and our other 2024 learning partners, preview the learning design, and provide feedback to shape the Summer Institute team learning experience. Register now »
