Nancy Yaklich is a business innovation coach with a passion for digital. She currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Business Incubation at Caterpillar, a new role she started in January 2023.
Over her career, Nancy has crafted digital business strategies and led and guided digitization initiatives, digital enablement, digital transformations, and digital innovation initiatives at some of the biggest companies on the planet, including Cargill, Best Buy, and UnitedHealthcare Group.
During her time at Cargill, she led, developed, and tested high-impact, high-value pilots to reimagine and reinvent how Cargill works. At UnitedHealthcare, she was an innovation leader focused on reimagining the healthcare customer experience. At Best Buy, she led a Lean Startup environment overseeing the company's digital health platform and efforts to grow the organization and expand offerings into new consumer markets.
