Professional Bio
Tim Ziakas joined the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)® in 2019 after a variety of entrepreneurial ventures, including a career in wealth management, commercial real estate investing, and advising organizations on their marketing, branding, and strategic partnership initiatives. When Tim first joined the Center, he served in a Strategic Business Partner role helping to expand relationships with organizations in the Midwest. Soon thereafter, he was part of a small team chosen to stand up a new venture at the Center, currently known as the Channel Partner Network. It was here that the Center set up a partner ecosystem to support coaches, consultants, and higher education institutions by leveraging tools and programs in their work with clients. Today, the CCL Channel Partner Network serves over 70 partners around the world.
As Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, Tim is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and creating long‑term relationships with organizations that help further CCL’s mission. Serving primarily on 2 teams – Societal Impact and Partnerships and Innovation – he creates synergy and learnings across 2 major growth areas for the Center. His passion for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) stems from life and educational experiences that highlight the need for more equitable, diverse, and inclusive cultures. Tim serves on several steering committees and organization wide initiatives, including those focused on generative AI, innovative philanthropy, and scalable leadership solutions.
Tim holds a BA in Economics from Wheaton College (MA) and MBA with a concentration in Leadership from National University and a Strategic Partner Leadership Professional (SPLP) designation from the University of Central Missouri.
