About CEO Forum & Reps Meeting
AFIT's CEO Forum & Reps Meeting is a learning design showcase that allows member CEOs, Reps, and guests to preview the Summer Institute learning design and help co-create a meaningful, engaging learning journey.
As an attendee of this 1.5-day conference, you will have an opportunity to:
- Meet AFIT's 2024 Learning Partners and explore the data, concepts, and strategies that will be the focus of the 2024 Summer Institute.
- Provide feedback that will help AFIT and the Learning Partners refine the Summer Institute learning design to ensure the content and experiences are tightly aligned with your team's needs.
- Begin building your Summer Institute Team.
- Connect and collaborate with innovative CEOs and colleagues nationwide.

- 1-2 guests from your organization whose role(s) align with the learning design (e.g., VP of Strategic Initiatives, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Information Officer, etc.)

Travel Logistics:
- Free Airport Transfer: The DoubleTree Tempe has a free 24-hour airport shuttle that departs from the hotel every half hour (on the hour and at the half hour). If you are flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor, call the hotel front desk (480-967-1441 ext. 0) upon your arrival to arrange your transfer. The shuttle picks up passengers at Terminal 3 or 4; the hotel operator will advise you which door to meet at.

Tour Rio Salado College
Rio Salado College is a national leader in online learning with 40+ start dates throughout the year, allowing students to take any classes, anytime. As you'll soon experience, Rio's campus is designed to support its unique educational model in which the vast majority of classes and programs are online.
AFIT attendees are invited to join one of two tours to explore Rio's Tempe Campus. During your 30-minute tour, you'll see Rio's community garden, radio stations, faculty collaboration area, and instructional help desk.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on or before January 15, 2024 you will be charged a $50/person cancellation fee. If you cancel between January 15-February 15, 2024, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be awarded after February 15, 2024. Substitutions are not subject to a cancellation fee.
