What to Expect: AFIT will provide a guided reading schedule for your team, along with access to Unleash Your Infinite Mindset—a series of six team-building modules led by Simon Sinek. Your team can explore these modules at your own pace, fostering meaningful discussions. Then, we’ll come together as an AFIT community for deeper conversations, shared insights, and cross-collaboration.

   If your organization is an active AFIT member, everyone within your organization is eligible to participate. We especially encourage your 2025 Summer Institute team to join!
   
   
2. What happens if I need to miss a meeting? 
   No problem. Simply join us for the next one.
   
   
3. Will the community meetups be recorded?
   No. To foster candid conversations, the community meetups will not be recorded.
   
   
4. Can my team view the "Unleashing Your Infinite Mindset" team-building program without participating in the community meetups?
   Yes.
   
   
5. Can my team participate in the community meetups without viewing the "Unleashing Your Infinite Mindset" team-building program?
